I’ve mentioned I need to be healthier, which would cause weight loss. I’ve never been great at tracking food and such though. I have done WW online and do think it’s helpful but hate that I end up paying when I don’t use it too. So, today I found a new tool – DailyPlate. It’s free! And it’s pretty cool.
