Lunch worked out pretty well again – same as yesterday.
I was hungry around 4 but didn’t get home until 5 to make a juice of apple and carrot. SUPER good for energy and filling.
Had the dinner juice around 8. It was celery, two carrots, half a red bell pepper, two tomatoes…not bad. I think I used more celery than it called for, but it was getting soft in my fridge so I didn’t want to waste it.
Cravings are higher in the evening but I think it’s also because I’ve been sitting around and am used to having something besides water to consume.
Still, glad it’s going well. Glad I’m learning some new things to incorporate into my life after it’s over.
